Increasing the productivity of your team.

The Team Agility Programme enables individuals in your team to develop their Team Agility skills, so that they can maximise their contribution to your company and increase your team's productivity.

The programme is packed with 134 pages of information, tips, advice and practical exercises. It is completed by individuals working at their own speed, using their own programme workbook. Of course there are benefits for one person completing the programme on their own, but it's recommended for your whole team to work through the programme together. Each person still works through their own workbook independently and at their own speed, and there is a lot to be gained from sharing experiences and working through the exercises with colleagues.

Each participant receives 1:1 telephone coaching support (all included in the price you pay) from an experienced Team Agility facilitator, who will be able to guide their next steps in developing their Team Agility skills and be able to answer their questions about the process. Each person also gets access to an on-line Strengthscope assessment,

resulting in a detailed feedback report based on their strengths.

During the programme your team members will have the opportunity to practice the skills learned with their colleagues, so that they are better placed to use them routinely in their normal working life.
